A rare craniofacial anomaly associated with balanced reciprocal translocation between chromosome 1 and 7: a case report

چکیده

The occurrence of balanced reciprocal translocation chromosome 1 and 7 is one the rare anomalies. present case report focuses on a 07-year-old male patient with craniofacial anomaly due to manifesting as microcephaly, microstomia, oligodontia scrotal hypospadias bilateral retractile testis. had severe retrognathic hyperdivergent mandible along multiple carious unerupted permanent teeth. After complete oral prophylaxis patient, restorations all teeth were carried out. Extraction root stumps under conscious sedation has been planned in later phase. will further be followed up for orthodontic correction maxillary mandibular arches three planes keeping view growth status patient. intends provide an overview clinical radiographical features this who need prolonged interdisciplinary management long term follow up. Further, add value existing prevalence available literature.
